Applicable to any project that brings change to a community, is the need to find out what the public and your stakeholders are thinking about your project and what matters to them. You will learn how to define a community, identify the real community leaders, how to listen effectively, and how to build and maintain trust. Presented by guest instructor Lesley T. Cusick.
